    6.2 Wireless Box Pairing


    Before installation needs pairing: 
    1) Press the button on the wireless box continuously for 5 times to enter pairing mode. The light goes off for 2 seconds first and then stays on continuously. 

    2) Press the button of the other wireless continuously for 5 times to enter pairing mode. The light goes off for 2 seconds first and then stays on continuously. 

    3) When two wireless boxes are successfully paired, the light will flash. When there is no data transmission, it will flash slowly (1Hz), and when there is data transmission, it will flash quickly (4Hz).

     

    6.3 Signal Strength Confirmation for Wireless Box 
    When installing for the first time, it is necessary to confirm the signal strength. Short press the light to flash 4 times in 1 second for 3 seconds, then the light enters the signal strength indicator mode and automatically exits after 3 minutes.

    6.4. Self-diagnosis 
    When the system IGN is on and the reverse gear is engaged in, the system starts self-diagnosis, the result showed as below:

    6.7 Learning functions 
    When the installation position of the radar is not at the outermost side of the vehicle, the radar is easy to detect the accessories of the vehicle or vehicle body, which will result in false alarm. Therefore, in order not to make false alarm, it is necessary to enter into the learning mode to make the radar ignore the object.Users need to follow the following steps to realize the learning function: 
    (1) Move the vehicle to an open area and confirm that there are no obstacles other than body accessories within (a*b)m of the radar; 
    A.a>4*L1,and a>3m; 
    B.b>W1+W2,and b>6m;

    (2) Power on the system and wait for the completion of system self diagnosis. 

    (3) Constantly press the setup button for 4.5s-6s, the buzzer will beep once, the display will show "L0", and enter into the automatic learning function setup mode; Release the button, and then briefly press the key to make the display shows "L1", the system enters into the automatic learning mode, and the learning 
    results are shown after the learning process is completed. If "LS" is shown and beeps once, the learning is successful, if "LF" is shown and beeps twice, the learning is failed.

    6.8 Setting Functions: 
    (1) Key Setting Function: Adjust volume, display format, target detection, etc. using buttons.

    (2) Automatic Brightness Adjustment: The display automatically adjusts brightness by detecting external lighting conditions. 

    (3) Detection Range Setting: 
    The detection range of the sensor is shown in the following. For different installation models and conditions, the detection area can be configured through the display button switch or through the PC 
    configuration software using the CAN tool. 

    L1: Refers to the Rear Step setting, which is the distance from the sensor installation position to the 
    rear of the vehicle, with a default of 0m; 
    L2: is the alarm distance (set from 1-30m with an accuracy of 0.1m), with a default of 10.0m;

    W1: The detection width on the left side of the radar sensor (set from 1m to 5m, with an accuracy of 0.1m), defaults to 1.3m; 
    W2: The detection width on the right side of the radar sensor (set from 1m to 5m, with an accuracy of 0.1m), defaults to 1.3m;
